Notes:

It may seem hard at first, but once you learn the chords it's actually quite easy as the pace of the song gives you enough time to make the necessary changes. Make sure you are comfortable with the harder chords before playing along with the video.

The Cm/D chord sounds great and is super easy - pretend you are playing Fmaj7 except you are starting on the 3rd fret instead of the first... and make sure you only play the top 4 strings.

Cm6/Eb is also quite easy especially if you barre the top 4 strings. On the chart you will see an optional note which simply makes up the whole barre. We can do this because we have a note on the 3rd fret covering the first string.

You don't have to include the bass notes on G/D and G/B... G is fine.

The same goes with Em/G... Em is fine.
